"I have been a member of State Farm Insurance since 1998 with Tom McLaughlin office in Bristol PA. I always interacted with Tom since my kids were 2-4. My kids are now 28 and my late son would have been 31. Tom has always been professional and treated me like family. Lately there hasn’t been much interaction with Tom. But I just have to say my communication with Christopher Tobias has been extremely positive. Not only does he show passion for the business but he cares about his customers. He is always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and very passionate when servicing the customers. The last few years has been very challenging for me. I lost my son and I have endured a messy divorce. These guys have been there for me through it all and has helped me through the process as best as they possibly could. I really hope that State Farm appreciates all of Tom hard work for over a quarter century. And Christopher eagerness to help in assisting your company. Keep up the good work team McLaughlin, your hard work hasn’t gone unnoticed."

"I have been with State Farm since last year and when I got better rates from the competitor (which they could not match) and I cancelled my 6 months car insurance this year, never got my money back and it’s been 3 months now. How tough is it to get the amount credited back to your card at this age of automated transactions. State Farm believes in sending check which never gets delivered to your address but their other promotions and correspondence does deliver to the same address."

"Jazlyn has been very helpful working after hours today to try and solve am issue with LYNX Services that handle State Farm Auto Claim. As I said, calling into Tom's office and having Jazlyn stay overtime to try and get a hold of someone shows very good service from her as a customer service agent. To top it off she was able to delivery good news about the claim so I will follow up with the vendor tomorrow or Monday to get things rolling. JAZLYN IS THE BEST!!!!"
