"Where to start. Most recently my car insurance went from $191 a month to $460 a month. When I called to ask why they said it was from an accident from 2022(3 years ago basically). How on any planet can this be justified. 2nd I had my neighbors tree fall on my roof and I end up paying a ton of money out of pocket due to the adjuster flat out lied to me in saying State Farm would go after his insurance to recover my loss but that didn’t happen. I even gave State Farm all my neighbors insurance company info that they would need. Tried multiple times to get a response from the adjuster and State Farm with zero response back. When I finally received a response due to a text to the office stating I will cancel all my policies if I do not hear back I finally got a call back. State Farm told me they do not have the pics that I uploaded and emailed multiple times to look into it so I sent them again only to get a response that they cannot go after the neighbors insurance. What is the point of my insurance??? At this point I am 100% looking to move to a new provider that values a long term client. Not to mention my entire family uses State Farm. Not sure if I am pissed at the office or State Farm in general. Sounds like from my conversation with the kid that called me back they don’t dictate the premiums locally they follow the guidance from State Farm main office. I’m sure its the sea of sameness with all these insurance companies."

"I have been a member of State Farm Insurance since 1998 with Tom McLaughlin office in Bristol PA. I always interacted with Tom since my kids were 2-4. My kids are now 28 and my late son would have been 31. Tom has always been professional and treated me like family. Lately there hasn’t been much interaction with Tom. But I just have to say my communication with Christopher Tobias has been extremely positive. Not only does he show passion for the business but he cares about his customers. He is always professional, responsive, knowledgeable, respectful and very passionate when servicing the customers. The last few years has been very challenging for me. I lost my son and I have endured a messy divorce. These guys have been there for me through it all and has helped me through the process as best as they possibly could. I really hope that State Farm appreciates all of Tom hard work for over a quarter century. And Christopher eagerness to help in assisting your company.
